Pricing questions

Which currencies can I pay in?

EUR, USD and TRY are supported via Wise multi-currency. Card payments via LemonSqueezy. Invoice (SEPA) available on annual Standard, PRO and Enterprise.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Existing calculations stay openable, but new sections lock out until you activate a Standard, PRO or Enterprise licence. No card was charged — no automatic conversion.

Is there an annual discount vs. monthly billing?

Yes. Annual is ~14% cheaper than 12× monthly. Standard: €299/year (vs. €348). PRO: €499/year (vs. €557).

Can I switch plans?

Yes, instantly. Upgrade is prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Refunds within the 14-day money-back window.

Do you offer student / academic licences?

Yes — 70% off Standard for verified students and university faculty. Contact info@simulate-software.com with your institutional email.

Is VAT included?

Prices shown are excluding VAT. EU customers with a valid VAT ID get the reverse-charge mechanism. Non-EU customers pay no Belgian VAT.

Can I transfer my licence to a new computer?

Yes. Sign out on the old device and sign in on the new one. Standard / PRO covers two simultaneous activations.

Does the licence include updates?

Yes. All updates within the major version (v1.x) are free for the duration of an active subscription. New major versions are included for annual subscribers.
